2. What data we process

When you submit an inquiry/booking we process: first and last name, e-mail, phone (optional), selected apartment, dates of stay, number of guests and any note. During your stay we also keep the legally required guest register.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Handling the inquiry and performing the accommodation contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Statutory guest registration and tax/accounting duties – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Protecting the website against misuse (Cloudflare Turnstile) – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Retention period

• Inquiries not resulting in a booking: max. 12 months.
• Contract data and tax documents: for the period required by law (usually 10 years).
• Guest register: 6 years from the last entry.

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be passed to our hosting and e-mail provider and to Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the form against spam. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.

6. Transfers outside the EU

When using Cloudflare Turnstile, data may be transferred to Cloudflare outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
