Is there parking?
Yes, free guest parking is available right at the property.
Can we bring a dog?
Yes, pets are welcome by arrangement. The fee is 250 CZK / animal / night.
Do children pay the full price?
Children 0–6 years free, children 7–15 years 500 CZK / child / night. The apartment rate is based on the number of adults; the child fee is added on top for every night. You can calculate the estimate directly in the inquiry form.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Contactless check-in is available.
What is the capacity?
Each apartment holds up to 4 guests, the whole property up to 12. A child under 7 who does not need their own bed is not counted towards the capacity – 1 per apartment, 2 for the whole property. Please still declare them in the booking so we know how many of you are coming.
How do payment and booking work?
You send a non-binding inquiry via the website. Once the dates are confirmed we send you the payment details – the booking becomes binding only after the full price of the stay is paid in advance by bank transfer. Invoices are issued with a 14-day due date, always no later than 7 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings the deadline is shorter or payment is agreed individually.
What is the cancellation policy?
Send your cancellation by e-mail to info@apartmanypodjizerkami.cz. 15 or more days before arrival: no fee; 14–7 days inclusive: 50% of the price; 6 or fewer days: 100% of the price.
